When we met eventing star Ludwig Svennerstål back in 2019, we couldn’t help but notice the Swede’s casual cool style. Coarse wool sweaters combined with minimalistic turtlenecks, messy hair hidden under knitted beanies when giving instructions and classic navy blue breeches blended perfectly in with Ludde’s down to earth personality at the cross country course.
Simply a fantastic way to greet the transition season in the stables!

Sometimes, everyday life feels like this never ending story of running from place to place, logistics and stress. To take a mental break, and to keep that calmness throughout your week is beneficial to both mind and body.
Competition rider and Yoga teacher, Mia Eckhoff inspires us to bring out the best version of ourself - not only for the upcoming season but for life, as Yoga provides increased body awareness and contact with core muscles.
“In yoga, the breath is one of the most important. A deeper breath has extremely many benefits. In riding, this has given me better focus both during training and in competitive situations. Increased body awareness, core muscles and agility. This has given me a better seat, better endurance and more contact with the horse.”
